Hello! I'm Lindsay Cardella. I established, Rocky Mountain Birth in 2016. It started with my passion for education and Birth Boot Camp classes and later, I found my sweet spot as postpartum doula. I offer physical, emotional and educational support for families in the months after adding a new baby. I specialize in postpartum home delivery meals for the Denver Metro Area and love to help with transitioning older siblings to life with a new baby.
