The secret’s out. It turns out you might still have some “issues” with leakage after the baby comes out. For quite some time. Hopefully not forever. BUT – there is hope. This is one of the issues that drove me to make this series in the first place. As a pilates instructor and wellness professional, I work with a lot of women through their pregnancy and beyond. This issue is one that comes up a LOT, although most of them are hesitant to admit to it. And after I had my baby, I was in the same boat. But I refused to believe that I had to live like this for the rest of my life. So I made it my personal mission to find the solution. And I’m happy to say I did.
